Kinetic GPO’s contracting policies, procedures, and processes are compliant with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Atlantic Trade and Procurement Partnership (ATPP), the Ontario Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive, the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA), and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA).

Kinetic GPO Membership is available to the Broader Public Sector, MASH (municipalities, academic institutions, school boards, and hospitals), and not-for-profits. Member organizations can include healthcare, municipalities (both rural and urban), school districts, universities and other academic institutions, provincial governments, Indigenous Nations, Indigenous communities, Indigenous organizations, conservation authorities, electrical associations, hydro districts, housing authorities, airports, fire & police departments, museums, libraries, non-profits, and many others.

Kinetic GPO is national in scope, with hundreds of members located in every Province and Territory. Our solicitations are all conducted in Canada, for Canadians.

In order for a supplier to be a part of Kinetic GPO, the supplier needs to respond and be awarded a contract through a competitive solicitation process conducted on behalf of our members.

Since each contract in the Kinetic GPO portfolio is competitively solicited and publicly awarded in a fair, open, transparent, and competitive manner, there is no supplier signup procedure that allows participation in Kinetic GPO.
