ENERGY STAR
As part of our commitment to reduce our environmental impact, Canon Canada participates in ENERGY STAR's high-efficiency program. Canon has more than 200 ENERGY STAR certified products that incorporate advanced energy-efficient technologies, without compromising features or performance, such as energy-saver mode and automatic duplex settings. ENERGY STAR certified products cost about the same as standard imaging equipment, but use less energy. This reduces the amount of fossil fuels burned to produce electricity and causes fewer greenhouse gas emissions.
