Kinetic is a National GPO, with headquarters in Cambridge, Ontario and was established in 2017 to provide its public-sector members with greater value for money in purchasing. We leverage their collective purchasing power through our Marketplace — a portfolio of collaboratively sourced, competitively priced products and services built for savings, choice, and service. We also help members operate more efficiently, supporting their access to and use of Kinetic GPO agreements through analysis, reporting, and practical tools and guides.
Our Master Agreements are established through rigorous and transparent competitive solicitations conducted in accordance with public procurement guidelines to ensure our members stay in compliance.
Kinetic GPO is advancing the purchasing power of entities across Canada by taking what has worked, expanding on those strategies and offering our portfolio to a full range of Public Sector and MASH entities. Each of our competitions, contracts and subsequent programs are drafted in Canada by Canadian procurement professionals who have a deep understanding of the various Trade Agreements which affect the Canadian public sector. The programs we create are solely for use in Canada.

With Kinetic GPO, you have a trusted ally in the procurement process. Through experience and knowledge of government procurement, Kinetic GPO has the unique ability to secure superior discounts and add value to Public Sector buyers.
We do more than establish the contracts, our team offers training (on terms and conditions of the contracts and how to use them) to members and vendors; raising awareness on how Public Sector entities can gain the benefits of the contracts; Kinetic GPO acts as an effective advocate for public sector buyers vis-a-vis the contractors.
Kinetic GPO actively manages contracts throughout their term. We monitor key performance indicators, as well as provide ongoing education for suppliers to ensure they are operating in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Contracts comply with Canadian trade agreements, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), as well as the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive and regional trade agreements.
