CentralSource, via Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association (SUMA), was created to harness the purchasing power of Saskatchewan’s hometowns. Saskatchewan municipalities can access additional local contracts that provide preferential pricing on trade-compliant purchasing programs that leverage the collective buying power of all involved.
