Contracting Process

Our contracts save public procurement officials time and money while providing maximum value.

Kinetic GPO actively manages contracts throughout their term. We monitor key performance indicators, as well as provide ongoing education for suppliers to ensure they are operating in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract.  

​All Kinetic GPO contracts are awarded using a competitive solicitation process consistent with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and other international trade agreements, including the Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreements (CETA), as well as the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive, the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA), the Atlantic Trade and Procurement Partnership (ATPP), and other relevant trade legislation. 

All Broader Public Sector, Non-Profit, and MUSH (Municipalities, Universities, Schools, Hospitals) entities are eligible to use our contracts.  Not a member?  Become one today.
