Note regarding warranty:
Toro Commercial Products come with a 2-year comprehensive warranty. This covers the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years or 1500 hours. The only exceptions are maintenance parts, which are covered until the time of their scheduled replacement. You can view details of the warranty policy at www.toro.com.
- If you have not done so already, the first step is to become a member of Kinetic GPO.
- Contact your local Toro Commercial distributor to assist with recommending the proper equipment to meet your operational and financial needs. If you do not know who the distributor is, please visit the Toro’s dealer locator page.
- Post a notice on your recognized bid notification system to utilize the Kinetic GPO group purchasing program.
- Purchase Orders will be placed directly with the Toro distributor via fax, mail, or email.
- Confirm your purchase with the Kinetic GPO contract number, RFSO 22-08.
- The distributor will provide a delivery date for the equipment.
- The contract payment terms are NET 30 days paid to the distributor.
