Clean Technology Investment Tax Credit
Bill C-59 passed June 21, 2024 implementing the long-awaited Clean Technology Investment Tax Credit. With so many organizations striving to address decarbonization, this program can allow companies investing in renewable energy and energy storage projects to recoup between 20 and 30 % of their capital costs as a refundable tax credit. This Bill puts Canada in a position to stay competitive and meet our climate targets as the credit program will remain available to 2034.
