Through this Kinetic GPO contract, Canadian public sector members access a comprehensive range of products and services at competitive pricing, without the need for individual RFPs.

  • Real Time Location Systems (RTLS)

    An RTLS provides the current location information of medical equipment, staff and patients.  Its use can expand beyond simply finding a person or an asset.

  • Compatibility with Existing Platforms or Software

    The RTLS technology Honeywell provides is compatible to multiple clinical systems including Nurse call systems such as Hill Rom, Ascom, and any other system previously not integrated shall be integrated using industry-standard protocols and APIs.

  • Scalability and Expansion

    The RTLS system is highly scalable from small units such as mental health or maternity wards to enterprise levels covering the entire hospital or several hospital buildings on campus.

When combined with an integrated, centralised control system, a RTLS can help get the right equipment and staff to the right place, allow staff to request help to a specific location and help improve response times to incidents, supporting safer care and better outcomes.
