This partnership offers Kinetic GPO members the opportunitiy to empower their workforce with ALEN, a Learning Management System powered by Premergency Inc., under a consolidated contract.

Additionally, any Training Program of interest or service by Premergency can be included.

Yes. This RFSO was competitively awarded in full compliance with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CETA, the Atlantic Trade and Procurement Partnership (ATPP), the Ontario Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive, the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA), and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), and all applicable public-sector procurement requirements.

Post a public notice, contact your Kinetic GPO representative to confirm your entity is registered, then reference RFSO 21-13 on your purchase order, and you are ready to order.
