The Kent Homes story began in the mid-1900s when K.C. Irving visited his logging camps and wasn’t happy with the quality of his workers living conditions. He had the idea to prebuild better homes offsite, and transport them to the logging camps. This improvement increased the morale and productivity of the workers. 
K.C. Irving’s passion for uncompromising quality rings as true today as it did then. Kent Homes buildings are assembled in a state-of-the-art facility to meet our strict quality-control measures. Building in this setting means construction isn’t rushed or impacted by poor weather. In 1958, we began building homes with a simple idea. That homeowners deserved a better way to build their homes.
Over 60 years later, that promise remains the foundation of every new home we build in our Bouctouche, NB facility today.

This RFSO was competitively awarded in full compliance with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CETA, the Atlantic Trade and Procurement Partnership (ATPP), the Ontario Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive, the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA), and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), and all applicable public-sector procurement requirements.

Post a public notice, contact your Kinetic GPO representative to confirm your entity is registered, then reference the RFSO number on your purchase order, and you are ready to order.
