Our feature partner, footPRINT MPS, is the Canadian leader in managed print services helping customers save time, money and the environment when it comes to office printing. Through our predetermined cost per page, that can cover everything but the paper and the power, footPRINT will take care of all printers, copiers, and MFP's, helping customers maximize the useful life of all assets.

*CDW Canada is an Apple Authorized Education Reseller. Education institutions include only the following categories:

  • School boards, primary and secondary schools

  • Colleges, CEGEPS, universities

  • Career colleges, technical and vocational schools

  • Other institutions as approved by Apple in writing

Contract Scope

What This Contract Offers

Through this Kinetic GPO contract, Canadian public sector members access a comprehensive range of products and services at competitive pricing, without the need for individual RFPs.

  • Print Management Services

    We work with top global print manufacturers and longstanding partners to build the right solution for your organization. Every engagement starts with understanding your current environment. From there, we design, deploy and manage a program tailored to your needs.

  • Assessment

    We will provide a detailed assessment of your current environment, including the number of devices, different makes and models, and the types of devices running. This is key to managing costs.

  • Design

    Working with your IT staff, CDW's expert consultants will develop short and long-term objectives (including service level agreements) to improve your printing services and management.

  • Implement

    The implementation phase includes your printer management software deployment, consumables alerts and establishing procedures for requesting supplies and services.

  • Management

    With the right software tools, you'll be able to automate your print management, including supplies tracking and ordering, troubleshooting and repair, and usage monitoring.

  • Optimization

    The CDW MPS team will show you which devices to retain, which to reposition or repurpose and which to replace. We also include periodic business reviews, Total Cost Ownership (TCO) analysis and green strategies.

Post a public notice, contact your Kinetic GPO representative to confirm your entity is registered, then reference RFSO 24-01 on your purchase order, and you are ready to order.

Eligible organisations include Canadian municipalities, K-12 and higher education institutions, healthcare facilities, non-profits, Indigenous communities, and all MASH sector entities.
